Issue/Introduction

I have been trying to Create a case (for being unable to download the connectors) since we last emailed back and forth last week.

 

I haven’t been able to get into the ‘Create case’ section. The Wolken page just keeps loading.

 

Is there something going on? Is there another way for me to get my case created?

 

 

Resolution

User cleared cache to resolve the issue.
