This has been observed on the My Requests page.W
When the button is clicked on, it turns grey and acts like it is trying to generate the download then after a little bit, it goes back to the regular colors and nothing is prompted to be downloaded.
This is 14.3 CP3 on a Windows Server 2019 environment with Wildfly 15.0.1 and is in the production environment

We found in the log that the the keystore used to contact workpoint was in error. The customer deleted that keystore file and tried it again. The keystore file was recreated by the system. It didn’t work initially, but after a restart, it seems like it is working now.
