Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response(SEDR) Event Activity widget is blank.

 

Environment

Symantec EDR version 4.7.0

Cause

Angular library (HighCharts) which has been used to draw the data-points on the chart in the dashboard view throwing error when the size of the data points are more.

Resolution

There are two choices to resolve this issue:

1) Upgrade to the latest Symantec EDR version.

2) The issue is fixed in patch atp-patch2-4.7.1-2. Symantec EDR needs to be on version 4.7.1. Please run the 'patch' command on the SEDR CLI with the following parameters:

patch list
patch install atp-patch2-4.7.1-2
