Garbled characters are included in the alarm information

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded the nas probe from 9.34 to 9.37. After the upgrade, garbled characters appear in the alarm information, and all Chinese characters cannot be displayed normally. How to eliminate the garbled characters in the alarm information and display correct Chinese characters?

Release : 20.4

Resolution

Changing  -Dfile.encoding from UTF-8 to GB2312 in alarm_enrichment fixed this issue. Now alarms are stored properly in NAS_ALARMS.
