URL link to change UNC password

Issue/Introduction

Client uses UNC for attachment repository and now as the UNC password changed the attachment does not work anymore

However, due to the scoreboard menu customization, they couldn't see the attachment repository anymore so they need urgent help change the UNC password via direct URL link

Environment

Release: 17.3 or higher
Component:  CA Service Desk Manager

Resolution

Follow these steps

--login to web interface

--after pdmweb.exe in the URL, add ?OP=SEARCH+FACTORY=credentials and hit enter

the complete URL should be one of these variant URLs:

http://SERVER.EXAMPLE.COM/CAisd/pdmweb.exe?OP=SEARCH+FACTORY=credentials

http://SERVER.EXAMPLE.COM:8080/CAisd/pdmweb.exe?OP=SEARCH+FACTORY=credentials

--you will see UNC list, click on the UNC and edit the UNC to enter the new password
