Applying HF#84 in postgresDB during upgrade to 10.8

Issue/Introduction

We are upgrading all servers components, we have noticed the following message when applying the Hotfix 84 in the EM

Checking if PostgreSQL has been installed with EM.
Searching for PostgreSQL installation at /opt/apm/PostgreSQL-9.6.2
PostgreSQL not found - don't forget to execute this patch for PostgreSQL too!
########################################################################
Hotfix 10.7.0-HF84 was applied successfully

Environment

• APM 10.7, 10.8

Resolution

You can ignore the message

When going to 10.8, there is a completely different version of Postgres that you would need to install

You will need to export the old database and import it.
