Error while installing ERU client "SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message plaintext connection"

Issue/Introduction

After entering DB details during ERU client installation, got below error:
"Testing connection...
Error: Connection is broken: "javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?: xxx:9092"

Environment

Release : 11.3.6 SP8

Cause

The windows service was not created for the ERU "service" component during the installation.

Resolution

Reinstalled the ERU "service" component and the windows service "CA EEM Audit Reporting" got created.
Then ERU client installation went successfully.
