SpanVA Failed to install some of the dependencies for the new update

Issue/Introduction

When trying to upgrade the SpanVA from 1.15.3.140.0 to 1.15.3.150.0, the SpanVA gets the "Failed to install some of the dependencies for the new update, skipping update installation" Error in SpanVA Monitoring Logs.

Environment

Symantec SpanVA 1.15.3.140.0

Cause

The problematic SpanVA is upgraded from the very old image to  1.15.3.140.0. Some required dependent packages for 1.15.3.150.0 may not be included in the original base image during this progression. 

Resolution

 Please open a support ticket with CASB Support team and provide the SpanVA ID and CASB Tenant ID. Support will setup a Webex to resolve the issue. In the Webex session, SSH access (such as through PuTTY) will be needed to the SpanVA. The support team will provide Username and Password to be used in the SSH session.
