Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the portal and removing a database lock, all containers in the swarm came up. When logging into the tenant, the API Proxy shows that it's disconnected.

Resolution

TOGGLE PORTAL DEPLOYER
========
1. From the Policy Manager, go to Tasks > Global Settings > Manage Cluster-Wide Properties
2. Go to the portal.deployer.enabled CWP and double-click on it
3. Change the value from true to false - click OK
4. Wait about 60 seconds
5. Double-click on the property again
6. Change the value from false to true - click OK
