Issue/Introduction

Not able to run any jobs on some Sunos agents and getting the following error

U00000007 This function has not yet been implemented

Environment

Automation Engine 12.3.2  

Agent SunOS 12.3.2

Cause

This appears to have resulted after a DR testing.

Resolution

In AWI administration tab we could see the agent -> monitoring -> last report with year 2020 in timestamp

The agent logs however shows the year as 2023

We stopped the agent and verified that the process was not active on Solaris Machine

However, AWI still showed it as active. Stopped the agent gave an error failed to terminate

Clicked on renew transfer key from client 0 and that took the agent offline.

Now we deleted the agent from client 0

Restarted agent from Solaris and it created the agent entry and the problem was fixed.
