autosys ISDBGACTIV=DBQUERY times are expressed in what measurement

Issue/Introduction

When I enable autosys ISDBGACTIV=DBQUERY what measurement are the debug times expressed in?

Release : 12.0

Resolution

I locked the ujo_job table and then tried to insert a job def.
I let the jil call sit about 10 seconds or so then I exited the sql session with the lock.
here are the "elapse" numbers around that time...

Given the actions I took and timing [13702718] is microseconds.... as that translates to 13 seconds.
