Issue/Introduction

• Getting a error 503 when trying to configure VNA Viptela plugin
• Running telnet on the VNA Server to port the VMAnage listening port does connect.
• When trying the curl command (external to VNA) also get an SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL error

Environment

Release : 22.2.x

Resolution

• SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL error is a strong indication there is a firewall issue even though the telnet command is successful.
• If the curl command cannot authenticate to Vmanage on the VNA Server then there is an environment issue that needs to be addressed before configuring the Viptela Plugin.
