UIM connector services not coming online

Issue/Introduction

Ca Catlayst Services not started and getting the below error message. This problem occurred after upgrade the OS to windoow 2012 R2

from UIM Connector log:-

window 2012 R2

Resolution

Follow the below Step:-

 

==  sc delete <SOI Integration Services>
==  Rebooted server
==  Ran "sam_services.bat install" command from \SOI\jsw\bin folder
