Delivery UI allows deletion of paths that were part of a Path Template Group (PTG), whereas previously it did not

Issue/Introduction

When issuing commands to delete the paths associated with a decommissioned MP via the Delivery UI, the UI allows you to perform the function, advising the path deletion was successful.   

Previously, the paths were part of an MP group, so when looking at the Manage Path Template function, this confirms that in fact the MP was part of the list of Sources from which to build paths.  Previously, attempting to delete paths that were part of a path template wouId have generated an error and preserved the paths.

If you remove the Monitoring Point from the group, then you will get the prompt, for example, trying to remove a specific MP results in:

But you won't get a prompt deleting a path from the PTG. It'll just do it.
