Issue/Introduction

I'm receiving password expiration emails for an ID that I don't own.  Or, I've changed my password but I'm still receiving password expiration emails.

Cause

Emails can come from another environment such as Sandbox (sandbox.rallydev.com).  They can also come from other ID's, such as a service ID or another ID that you may have used in the past that is still active.

Resolution

If the email has a password reset link, logout of Rally and click the link to change your password.  The link will guide you to the correct environment and ID to change the password.  Make note of the ID for future reference.

If the email doesn't have a password reset link and you are unsure of having another ID, open a support case and we can look up all ID's that contain your email address.
