JQuery prints suggestion counts message on incident/request screens

Issue/Introduction
After the application of 17.3 RU18, when an incident or request is created with the employee role, a record is written at the bottom of the window. Please see the screencap below (entry encircled in red).
Environment
CA Service Desk Manager RU18
Cause
JQuery Autocomplete suggestions was identified as the culprit for the issue observed
Resolution
JQuery is the cause for this behavior and the fix for the issue is provided in RU22 or higher
