JQuery prints suggestion counts message on incident/request screens

Issue/Introduction

After the application of the RU18 update, when an incident or request is created with the employee role, a record is written at the bottom of the window.  Please see the screencap below(entry encircled in red).

 

 

Environment

Release: 17.3+

Cause

JQuery Autocomplete suggestions was identified as the culprit for the issue observerd

 

 

Resolution

JQuery is the cause for this behavior and the fix for the issue provided in the RU 22 patch release
