Unable to launch Policy Manager

Issue/Introduction

I am unable to launch Policy Manager on MAC after upgrading to 10.1 CR2 in my sandbox environment. Policy manager opens with pointing my JAVA_HOME correctly

Report:

Java.version: 17.0.6

java.specification.version: 17

 

java.lang.IllegalAccessError: class com.safelogic.cryptocomply.jcajce.provider.ProvSunTLSKDF$TLSExtendedMasterSecretGenerator$1 (in unnamed module @0x1c33c17b) cannot access class sun.security.internal.spec.TlsMasterSecretParameterSpec (in module java.base) because module java.base does not export sun.security.internal.spec to unnamed module @0x1c33c17b

Release : 10.1

Resolution

Wrong version of JDK used on MAC for Gateway 10.1 CR2

• Correct version of JDK has been installed (see Software Gateway Specifications).

Available in Gateway version 10.1 CR2+

Eclipse Temurin jdk-11.0.15+10
