DCS agent error- FWC_0002: Unexpected error occurred while serializing file collector information

Issue/Introduction

We noticed an asset with a policy error with Description “--” and the event logs has this below messages:

WARNING: FWC_0002: Unexpected error occurred while serializing file collector information: Exception: Serializable::Write - Write failed at line 86 in file: c:\example\version\folder\details\ids\src\utils\serializable.cpp

WARNING:  Process Event Module   PE_0105: Used Disk Space greater than 95%. Event logging stopped.

Cause

The disk space of the DCS agent is too full and logging can no longer continue until it has more free space

Resolution

Remove unneeded data from the agent to free up disk space 

Additionally, if disk space is filling up with DCS events, policy tuning to address the event is recommended

Once the disk space is free, the DCS agent can start logging again and you will see the following in the sisidsservice.log: 

WARNING:  Process Event Module  PE_0106: Used Disk Space less than 85%. Event logging resumed.
