A recreated project suboject is not correctly recreated

Issue/Introduction

Deleting a project subobject and recreating the same suboject, an error is displayed (it looks like the subobject is not created, but it has been created). The new subobject does not have its module available in the project blueprint.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Project subobject, and API enable it.
2. Delete the subobject.
3. Create a new Project subobject with the exact same properties as the previously deleted subobject.

Expected Results: The object is created normally.

Actual Results: An error is displayed: Error ODF-0015: Value must be unique. The object seems that it has not been created, but it has. The object is not created correctly (for example, missing module in the Project blueprint).

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

This issue cannot be reproduced in Clarity 16.1.0.
