Issue/Introduction

The customer started observing issues with Identity Governance after upgrading from 14.3 CP2 to 14.4 CP2

Environment

CA Identity Suite v14.4.2

Cause

The customer has the older versions of SDB and I2.
SDB DB Version ='14.01.01.06'
I2 DB Version ='14.06.01.01'

Resolution

Updated UPGRADE_SDB_SQLSERVER_14.4.2_updated.sql, UPGRADE_i2_SQLSERVER_14.4.2_updated.sql scripts resolved the issues with IG.
