Issue/Introduction

When trying to receive one of the required PTFs, get the following error:

 GIM50001E ** THERE IS AN ERROR IN PTF SYSMOD SO06275.                       
 GIM39601E ** SYSMOD SO06275 WAS NOT RECEIVED BECAUSE IT HAS NO ++VER MCS.   
 GIM39801I    SYSMOD SO06275 WAS NOT RECEIVED BECAUSE IT HAS A SYNTAX OR CONSTRUCTION ERROR.
 GIM20501I    RECEIVE PROCESSING IS COMPLETE. THE HIGHEST RETURN CODE WAS 08.
