Roadmap Board View Does Not Load

Issue/Introduction

We have a customer reporting an issue where the roadmap is getting frozen in the Board View. The other Timeline and Grid Viiew work.

Go to Modern UX Workspace> Roadmaps, Roadmap  > Roadmap Item > Board View

Instead of loading, it freezes/hangs

 

 

Environment

Release : 16.0.3

Resolution

There was one report of this, however the issue no longer able to be reproduced.

If the issue does happen again, enable browser developer tools and check if the issue is reproduced with an error.
