Issue/Introduction
High Risk Isolation is not working properly. Websites are not isolated. Error observed in web browser - "No connectivity to the proxy server"
Environment
- ProxySG 7.3.x
- High Risk Isolation
- Health Check to Isolation Server is successful
Cause
- Network trace in Web Browser (HAR) shows that there is no connectivity to https://global-noauth-shared.fire.glass/shareddomain.html
- Try accessing https://global-noauth-shared.fire.glass/shareddomain.html direcly - if there is Untrusted Certificate error it suggests that untrusted Isolation issuer keyring is used:
Resolution
Modify Isolation Issuer Keyring that is trusted by your Web Browser.
