While logging to the SEPM web console, you have noticed that the reporting data is missing from the Home, Monitor, Reports tabs. It is displayed as empty or no details when chosen.
Rest of the windows are having no problem and data is available.

All GET requests are made on port 8445 which is responsible for the reporting within SEPM Web console. It can be checked with the developer tool within any browser to see if traffic is passing through:
If such behavior is observed, the recommended action is to make sure that the port 8445 is not closed or blocked by any networking component or system firewall.
Once the port is open and available, reporting section should start displaying data within the SEPM web console.
