Add Staff section in Conversations

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 16.1.0 we have noticed that the Add Staff section on the Conversations tab is missing. Has this been removed from the product?

This is what we used to see in 16.0.1:

Resolution

The Staff tab in Conversations was removed intentionally in 16.0.3 when we converted the Project Conversations Module into a generic module that was then introduced in other objects
