When a user requests software from the published Managed Software Delivery policy via the Software Portal, 'My Requests' shows delivery to a machine that the user has never been logged-in to.

This issue can happen if a user does not use the default desktop or agent icons to open the Software Portal.
The default icons/links contain a computer GUID and machine name to ensure that software is delivered to the correct machine.
If a link is used that doesn't contain a computer GUID and/or machine name, the SMP / NS often isn't able to correctly identify the requesting machine.
Instruct users to only use the default Agent system tray icon (right-click on agent icon > Software Portal) or the desktop icon to open the Software Portal.
