When a user requests software from published Managed Software Delivery policy via Software Portal, 'My Requests' shows delivery to a machine the user has never logged in to
ITMS 8.x
This issue can happen if a user does not use default desktop or agent icons to open the Software Portal.
The default icons/links contain a computer GUID and machine name to ensure software is delivered to the correct machine.
If a link is used that doesn't contain computer GUID and/or machine name, the SMP / NS often isn't able to correctly identify the requesting machine.
Instruct users to only use the default Agent system tray icon (right click on agent icon > Software Portal) or desktop icon to open the Software Portal
