Issue/Introduction

We are not able to restart the CA Service Desk and make it operational. The application is suffering high slowness.

When we try to restart the service, the CPU increases to 100% and it is impossible to navigate through the server, it freezes...

 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Cause

The VMWare server causing this issue to occur.

Resolution

The infrastructure team migrated the SDM machine hosted in VMWare to a new VMWare server and this fixed the issue.
