Customer needs to create a watch and is getting an error

Resolution

What we ended up doing was creating a value watch, of "true" and value of "1".

Then set our actual watch monitoring the attr, and using the value watch in our threshold.

ATTR(0x6520012)=="passive"

Threshold was the attr "true"

True having a value of 1.
