Unable to create or edit existing rules in blueprints

Issue/Introduction

The New Rule button on the Business Rules tab of the project blueprints is not responsive. You click on it, but it does not respond. You can not edit the existing rules on the blueprint either

This is an issue with all the project-type blueprints. 

On other types of blueprints, there is no issue

Environment

Clarity 16.0.3

Cause

There is a large number of project subobjects enabled for Modern UX.

 

Resolution

In Clarity 16.0.3 with 25 sub-objects of the project object enabled for MUX, the issue is reproducible.

In Clarity 16.1.1 this is not reproducible.
