Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Login to Modern UX.
2. Navigate to Projects Grid and Filter for Templates.
3. Open up a template and click on Tasks Module.
4. Login to Clarity Classic UI.
5. Create a new project and populate department and organization OBS.
6. On the Actions drop down click "Copy from Template" and select the template which was used in step 3.
7. Click on Copy. Notice that the copy completes.
8. Perform step 6 again for the same project.

Expected Results :- Copy Completes successfully
Actual Results :- Copy fails with "Contact system Administrator Error".

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Clarity 16.1.2 and in 16.1.1 patch #1.
