How to remove the New Contact button within the xFlow UI?
CA Service Desk Manager + xFlow 17.3
All Supported Operating Systems
1. From the CA Service Desk Manager classic UI, login as an Administrator
2. Navigate to ADMINISTRATION->SECURITY AND ROLE MANAGEMENT and select the ROLE that the user(s) belong to
3. Click on the "2. Function Access" tab
4. Change the access to the CONTACT function to VIEW
5. Save changes
The user will now not have the ability to create a new contact via the xFlow UI.
