'user has insufficient permission' warning creating new segment application

Issue/Introduction

SAC integrated with Cloud SWG.

SAC administrator tried to add a new segment based Application but it failed with 'user has insufficient permission' warning as shown below:

Environment

SAC.

Cloud SWG.

Cause

LDAP administrator cannot create segment application that contains underscore '_' characters.

Resolution

A few options exist to workaround this issue:

1. Remove the underscore '_' character from the segment application name.

2. Use the local admin as opposed to the LDAP user admin to create an application with an underscore '_'.
