TDM Portal t throws Random Row 400 error

Issue/Introduction

We are getting the below error while checking the RANDOM ROW.

This is seen for all projects with this TDM Portal Server.

We are running FDM 4.10.86.0 and TDM Portal 4.10.170.0

Environment

Release : 4.10

Resolution

Resolved in TDMWeb-4.10.175.0
