Issue/Introduction

In Clarity 16.1.1 the Legend  doesn't display on the Board view. The color by shows up correctly but missing Color Legend. It shows in 16.0.1.

Resolution

The legend from the Board view has been removed in the 16.1.1 release.

Note:
The new board view does not have the legend. Instead, it has labels.

Labels

Roadmap objects are available in Administration > Attributes.

You can modify or rename out-of-the-box field labels. In this example "Manager" attribute is re-labeled as "OWNER" in the Attributes page.

As per documentation we have labels instead but this is for the Board View card. Without Board view Legend the user is not able to see the colors presented with no way to handle colors.

At the moment there is nothing in the Product Management backlog item to bring back Legend into board view.

Next steps are to bring this up as part of Product Management Innovation meeting to prioritize the request.
