MUX - Can't See Buttons on Bulk Edit Screen When Zoomed

Issue/Introduction

If a browser window is scaled small or zoom is increased it's not possible to see the buttons on the bottom of a bulk edit screen

1. Set browser zoom to 110% (or higher)
2. Open the Project Grid, select multiple items.
3. Click the "Edit" button to perform a bulk edit.

Expected Results: 

The "Cancel" and "Save" buttons should be viewable

Actual Results:

The buttons will be out of view, and it's not possible to get to them without tabbing, since no scroll is present.
