How to enter an enhancement request for Identity Security

Issue/Introduction

To better serve our customers, Broadcom has transitioned the product enhancement request process from Broadcom Technical Support to the Broadcom Communities ideation platform. Broadcom Communities is a virtual collaboration site where customers, partners, and our employees can share ideas, questions and insights. And now, our customers will be able to open enhancement requests as ideas within Broadcom Communities at no cost. Ideation provides an open and transparent platform to collect ideas and collaborate with our customers while we build solutions. The process helps to: 

• Maximize customer input into our development process 
• Provide timely decisions for customer ideas 
• Keep customers informed of decisions and status 
• Provide trace ability of ideas during the development phase

To submit an idea for a product enhancement request in Broadcom Communities, please follow these steps: 

1) Log in to https://community.broadcom.com/ideation/allideas?Page=1&CategoryKeys=cddf8064-6e35-40fc-bb6b-ee49ca0d8005&StatusKeys=&Sort=MostRecent
2) Select 'Add' 
 
Ideas can be voted on by other members of the community, including internal Broadcom personnel as well as other customers and partners. Also, if a Product Manager wishes to learn more about a particular feature request, they can communicate with you via the community for more information.
