If the Cleanup started task is down for a period of time, is there a way to bring the Cleanup Tracking File to current or tell how long the task might have been down?

With the Cleanup started task down, there is no tracking of resources on the CPU/LPAR it was down.
Since there is no tracking, there is no to bring up the Cleanup Tracking file to current.
To find out when Cleanup was shutdown, browse the log for the last occurrence of a ETCL910I message which indicates that Cleanup is shutting down.
