How to kill running ftp autosys job

Issue/Introduction

Hi,

We have an FTP Autosys job that started 03/03 but is still in a running state.

Is there a way to kill this job?

I've used the "kill" option from the Web portal but getting an error message saying the KILLJOB operation is not supported.

Cause

Certain jobs can not be killed:

the kill job command does not work for FTP-type jobs and some others.
