SDM supports to use Application Proxy SPN

Issue/Introduction

Does Service Desk Manager supports to use Application Proxy SPN? This would be used for external authentication to the system with SAML being setup on the application.

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager 17.3 and 17.4

Resolution

The Application Proxy SPN has not been certified and not supported, though we support NTLM authentication.
