Issue updating base calendar

Issue/Introduction

It is noticed that updating a base calendar to mark some days as holidays, is stuck. Multiple attempts at updating are not fruitful.

Cause

Update queries against PRCALENDAR table waiting for a lock on the table.

Resolution

Engage a DBA to look at the fragmentation of the PRCALENDAR table. Look at any other causes for the update queries getting stuck.
