Patch Me - Job execution error, rollup configure job failed. [SDM228519]

Issue/Introduction

In the current environment we noticed that the deployment in several equipment is not completed and they present error with the code SDM228519.

Environment

Client Automation - 14.x

Cause

Patch Me configure job failed because of PowerShell disabled in the environment.

Here the minimum requirement is PowerShell should be enabled on the environments where Patch Me needs to be deployed. 

Identified below message in Patch Me job output

If PowerShell Version 2.0 or above exists, check the log file C:\WINDOWS\temp\MS_Rollup\cabScan.log 
for more information.

Switching to INI based scan automatically and patches being deployed.

FallBackToINI flag SET-TO-TRUE"

Resolution

Enable PowerShell on one of failed environment and deploy Patch Me rollup.
