The REBIND statements that are being generated by the Analysis, include the rebind OWNER keyword, even though the OWNER is not being changed.

Why is the OWNER keyword generated?

Resolution

The OWNER keyword is generated by RC/Migrator Model Services, except for a few exceptions based on object type.

It is generated for the BIND and REBIND default models.
