Issue/Introduction

After applying14.4 CP2 patch, we are not able to delete AD account and IM_CCS is getting restarted automatically.

Below errors in Event viewer:

Environment

CA Identity Suite 14.4 CP2

Resolution

1. Stop the connector server
2. Remove the extra DLL files "xerces-c_2_5_0.dll", Xalan-c_1_8.dll" and "XalanMessages_1_8.dll" in the \Connector Server\ccs\bin folder.
3. Apply the Active Directory Connector Hotfix for C++ Connector Server available on the below site:
