Issue/Introduction

We ran a newly created job and while connecting to the windows server which is newly created we are getting the error "user has not been granted the required login". The agent is successfully running in the new windows server.

Automic Automation 12.3

Cause

The issue is normally encountered when a script executes some remote commands using the login object associated with the job.

Resolution

The issue was resolved by adding the user in the login object  to the local user groups and providing permissions.
