Issue/Introduction

Installed JasperReports 8.1 on Windows 2019. Seeing the below error.

 

Could you please help us to resolve this issue or get a valid license?

 

Environment

Release : Identity Governance 14.4

                JasperSoft 8.1

Cause

There are 2 licenses that come with Jasper 8.1 package.

Resolution

There were two 'jasperserver.license' files.

The one located in folder iga-jasperreports-server-8.1 is a short-time license and there is another file at iga-jasperreports-server-8.1\brcm-imag-config\conf.

Use the long-term license file at iga-jasperreports-server-8.1\brcm-imag-config\conf to resolve the error.
