Issue/Introduction

Unable to assign the Package Service to Windows 11 21H2 workstations as the Package Service option is greyed-out and the Task Service and Network Boot Service are available.

Some environments were able to add the Package Service to Win11 before installing the pointfixes found in KB article CUMULATIVE POST ITMS 8.6 RU2 POINT FIXES

Resolution

Upgrade to ITMS 8.6 RU3 or the latest versions of ITMS 8.7 or 8.8.
