After upgrading to DLP 16.0, Incident remediation users cannot use a smart response rule on the incident list page if those users' role has a custom attribute assigned as a rule in the Incident Access tab.
In DLP 16.0, on the new incident list page, when the remediation user selects one or more incidents and attempts to use a smart response rule, it fails with a small red banner saying, "Problem executing response rule".
