Timesheet is throwing API-1007 error in Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

Opening the timesheet in Modern UX displays error "API-1007 : You are not authorized to process request. Contact your system administrator for necessary security rights." intermittently, but it does not seem that there is any functionality impacted.

The resource has all the expected rights, including:

• API - Access
• Resource - Enter Time (instance right, on self)
• Timesheet - Navigate
