The Evt_Task_Instances table has a lot of data in it and your company makes use of the Quick Delivery tasks, but running the following reports results in 0 rows. These tables are found in the SMP Console under:
Reports > Software > Delivery > Status

Make a backup of each of the QuickDeliveryStatus... and QuickDeliveryDetails... stored procedures and then commented out this from each Stored Procedure:

Each report then displayed the data expected.
