In xFlow when search, there is a popup box saying server is not available and then the box closes itself.
This is a multi servers configuration with load balance for internet access. xFlow is configured according to existing documentation for SSL based microservices, using load balance URL
When open the Console from Chrome, a red error message says connection to https://[LOAD BALANCE URL]:9446 is blocked

Have the network team open the following ports between load balance and internet, alongside port 9444 (incidentMS). The ports are the default SSL ports used for the xFlow microservices
9446: Collab MS (Chat functionality)
9450: Push MS (Notifications)
9448: Insight MS (Reporting)
9452: Search MS (Search feature for ElasticSearch)
